This exciting annual event brings together dozens of organizations, agencies, healthcare providers, businesses, and community partners dedicated to serving older adults throughout Lee County and the surrounding area. Whether attendees are planning for the future, seeking services for themselves or a loved one, or simply interested in learning more about resources available in the community, the Senior Fair is the perfect place to start.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with representatives from a variety of organizations offering information on healthcare services, Medicare and insurance options, home care, transportation, financial resources, wellness programs, housing assistance, recreational opportunities, veteran services, nutrition programs, and much more. It is a one-stop opportunity to gather information, ask questions, and make valuable connections.
In addition to the many informational exhibits, guests can enjoy a fun-filled atmosphere with free food, refreshments, giveaways, and door prizes awarded every 30 minutes throughout the event. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses and organizations, attendees will have numerous chances to win great prizes while exploring all the fair has to offer.
The Senior Fair is more than just an informational event; it is a celebration of healthy aging, community involvement, and the many resources available to help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life. Visitors are encouraged to bring friends, family members, and neighbors to enjoy an afternoon of learning, fellowship, and fun.
The Lee County Council on Aging is proud to host this annual event as part of its mission to support and enrich the lives of older adults in the community.
