Obituary-Bradley S. Masters

Bradley S. Masters age 72 of Dixon passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024, at Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon with his family by his side.

He was born on Sept. 15, 1951, in Dekalb, IL the son of T. Scott and Felicia Mae (Ilardo) Masters.

Bradley was a welder and truck driver for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for 35 years prior to retirement. He loved college basketball and football, especially the Big 10 conference. He also enjoyed boating on the Rock River with his family.

Bradley married Nancy Reynolds on May 28, 1977, in Tucson, AZ. She preceded him in death on Aug. 7, 2005.

He is also preceded in death by his sister Linda Ratschan. Bradley is survived by his children Corey (Amber) Masters of Dixon, Jeffrey (Alison) Masters of Dixon, 5 grandchildren Andrew Masters, Taylor Masters, Emma Olson, Landon Masters, Camille Masters, one brother Scott (Karole) Masters of Bristol, IL, and one sister Janice Weil of Lake George, CO.

A private family service will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Dixon. A memorial has been established to Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon. Arrangements by the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon.
