Brenda was born on April 15, 1963, in Sterling, the daughter of James and Patricia (Frieburg) Nesbitt. Her areas of employment stemmed from her love for cooking. Brenda loved spending time with her grandchildren and friends and was an avid wrestling fan.
Survivors included one son, Richard (Shauna) Ward of Sterling; five grandchildren, Fantasia, Kole, Haliegh, Michelle, and Micah; one great grandchild, Everlynn. Also survived by her siblings, Jim, Ocie, Dawn, and Joe.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Brandon Kiro.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There are no services scheduled. Arrangements were completed by the McDonald Funeral Home, Rock Falls.
