He was born on January 16, 1941, in Adrian, MN, the son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Pass) Brabender. He married Nadine M. Hensen on August 26, 1961, in Adrian, MN. Frank had worked as a Sales Representative for various companies for many years. He had enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, and time with family.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine; children: Tammy (Mark) King of Castle Rock, CO, Tim Brabender of Rock Falls, Todd (Trisha) Brabender of Olathe, KS, and Teresa (Steve) Schreiner of Eden, UT; his sister Carol (Larry) Linder of Wells, MN; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Barbara Brabender, and his son Terry Brabender.
Cremation will take place, and a public memorial service will be announced for the summer of 2026 in Rock Falls
