She was born on January 9, 1949, in Morrison, the daughter of Willis J. and Virjean (Prestley) Greeley. She had worked for several years as a CNA. She enjoyed family, collecting many items, fishing, taking walks, and just being outdoors.
Survivors include her son, Ray L. Smith of East Dubuque; her companion, Bill Nystrom of Morrison; her brother Robert (Joyce) Greeley of Morrison; step daughters: Chelsea Johnson and Katlyn Johnson; grandchildren: Hope Smith, Josie Smith, Harley Smith, and Lucas Smith; great grandchild Lemme Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Tom; her brother Allan Greeley and sister Ann Osborn.
Cremation will take place, and there will be no public services at this time.
