She was born on Jan. 28, 1948, in Dixon, the daughter of Donald and Velde (Senn) Rogers. Judith was a teacher at Faith Christian School in Grand Detour. She was a foster grandparent at Tri-County Opportunity Co. and a Scout Leader for many years. Judith married Leon Farster on May 1, 1969, in Dixon.
She is preceded in death by her parents. Judith is survived by her husband Leon, daughter Lee Ann Farster of Dixon, son Levi Sinclair Farster of Ohio, grandchildren Jessica Lyn Farster, Cain Sinclair Farster, and one brother, Ronald R. (Denise) Rogers of Bettendorf, IA.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Jones Funeral Home in Dixon. Cremation rites to follow, with burial of cremated remains to take place at Grand Detour Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Jones Funeral Home in Dixon.
