She was born on July 16, 1951, in Maryville, MO, the daughter of Jesse Wilburn and Gladys Marie (Brown) Isgrigg. She married Gerald L. Fowler on November 29, 1969, in Rollo, MO. He died August 23, 2025.
Survivors include her son, Scott (Pam) Fowler of Rock Falls; her daughter, Sherri Thurm (Tony Litts) of Rock Falls; her sister, Wanda (B.H.) Auffert of Maryville, MO; her brothers: Jesse (Judy) Isgrigg of Kittrell, NC, and Jim (Cathy) Isgrigg of St. Joseph, MO; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Cremation will take place, and there will be no public services. Arrangements entrusted to McDonald Funeral Home & Crematory.
