She was born on October 19, 1958, in Dixon, the daughter of Victor V. and Betty J. (Sandusky) Hart, and was a 1976 graduate of Rock Falls High School. Julie had worked for several years at Wahl Clipper in Sterling. She had enjoyed swimming and walking.
Survivors include four sisters: Joan (Charles) Brown, Janet (Gordon) Monn, Jana Hart, and Jolene (Sal) Buzzanca; her fur companion, Paul Newman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Judy Howell.
Cremation will take place, with a celebration of life taking place later this summer. Arrangements entrusted to McDonald Funeral Home & Crematory.
