She was born on January 3, 1952, in Beebe, AR, the daughter of Carroll Wesley and Teresa Bell (Bedwell) James. She married Ronald E. Webster on September 11, 1998, in Rock Falls.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald; children: Larry Brill Jr, Brian Brill, Arthur Brill, Laura Brill and Debbie Brill; step children: Justin Webster and Tiffany Webster; her siblings: Carolyn Dean James, Teresa Turner, Faith Carroll Jones, Candy Sue James, Jeremy Scott James, Jeff Dean James, Carroll Wesley James Jr, Johnny Earl James, Tina James, Karen James, Berry Wayne James, Larry Wayne James, Linda James, Cheryl Darlene James; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
