Martha was born on January 26, 1938, in Noble, the daughter of Alcie and Couley (Akins) Cooper. She married Wilson McCullough on July 21, 1957, in Clinton, IA. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2012. Martha was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, visiting with her niece Donna Gomez, and loving on her grandbabies. Her family, kids, and grandkids were her greatest joy.
She is survived by three sons, Gary (Grace) McCullough of Sterling, Timothy (Ethel Lewis) McCullough of Dixon, and Randy (Jody) McCullough of Silvis; one brother, John (Jackie) Cooper of Angola, IN; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Michael McCullough.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Private family burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Sterling. Arrangements were completed by the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls.
