He was born on July 22, 1963, in Dixon, the son of Dan and Gloria (Glenn) Schwarz. Raymond was a senior master mechanic at Bob’s Friendly Service in Dixon and Tom McClain Ford in Rochelle. He enjoyed car shows, the race track, motorcycles, and building hot rods.
Raymond is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children, Jake Schwarz of Dixon, Nick (Melissa) Schwarz of Tampico, Dalton Schwarz of Ashton, four grandchildren, Skyler, Savannah, Willow, and Falan, two sisters, Margaret Bogan and Christina Sarver, and one brother, Cory Sarver.
Cremation rites have been accorded with a celebration of life to take place on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chadwick American Legion Post 739, 288 Calvert Ave, Chadwick, IL. Those attending are encouraged to bring a dish to pass. Condolences can be sent to the family through P.O. Box 43, Tampico, IL 61283. Arrangements by the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon.
