She was born in Dixon on October 19, 1942, the daughter of Nickolas C. Derziotis and Lillian M. Schmall. Rosiena was a devoted member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Dixon.
She was preceded in death by her biological parents; her loving parents who raised her, Roy and Alma (Schmall) Moyer of Dixon; one sister, Lorena (Larry) French of Rockford; and two brothers, Jerry (Patricia) Clevenger of Archbold, OH, and Thomas A. Moyer (Della) of Mesa, AZ.
She is survived by her two sons, Matt (Buffy) Reyes of Spring, TX, and Frank Reyes of Dixon; one daughter, Michelle (Harry) Whitaker of Arcadia, FL; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Sep. 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Oakwood Cemetery in Dixon, IL.
