She was born on March 12, 1943, in Chicago, the daughter of Julian and Dorothy (Thomas) Drabek. Ruth married John W. Bullard. He preceded her in death on Dec. 13, 2018. Ruth is survived by her brother Kenneth (Mary) Drabek of Sterling, one niece, Michelle (Nicholas) Skweres, and two great-nephews, Jack Skweres and Billy Skweres.
Cremation rites have been accorded, with no services planned at this time. Arrangements by the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon.
