He was born on Aug. 13, 1962, in Dixon, IL, the son of Merle and Barbara (Borelli) Pitman. Todd worked at Raynor Garage Door, R.P. Lumber in Princeton, and Dixon for many years, and most recently at Wausau Supply in Rochelle for the past 5 years. He was a member of the Rack and Wing Hunt Club in Lanark.
Todd married Joy Weitzel on June 30, 1987, in Walworth County, Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, Joy; daughter, Ashley (Martin) Teniente of Austin, TX; one grandson, M.J. Teniente; stepdaughter, Kristen (Dave) Hanson of Evansville, WI; step grandchildren, Max Hanson and Elle Hanson; his parents, Merle and Barbara Pitman of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas; siblings, Dan (Becky) Pitman of Savanah, IL, Wendy (Jeff) Peterson of Lake City, FL, Mark (Renea) Pitman of Byron, OH, Abby Dempsey of Lincoln, IL, and Stacy (Nick) Segneri of Sioux Falls, SD; and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation rites have been accorded, with a celebration of life to take place at a later date. A memorial has been established. Arrangements by the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon.
