He was born on October 10th, 1966 in Yazoo City, Mississippi and is the 3rd son of Daisy and Tommy Shaffer. Will lived most of his younger years in Peoria, IL & graduated from Peoria Woodruff Highschool. Will lived out the rest of his life in Prophetstown, IL and was very widely known and loved by so many. Will enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and just being present. Will was always smiling and loving life despite any circumstances brought his way. He was a loving father and grandfather.
A final viewing service will be held on March 20th, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home in Prophetstown. A following Celebration of Life will be held on March 21st at 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Dominion Fellowship Church in Lyndon, IL. All services are open to the public.
