OSF Saint Katharine is offering two convenient sports physical clinic dates this summer. Parents can choose from two locations and enjoy the ease of online scheduling:
OSF Saint Katharine Center for Health – Oregon
- 1307 W. Washington St.
- Thursday, July 23 | Noon-4 p.m.
OSF Saint Katharine – Town Square Centre, Dixon
- 102 S. Hennepin Ave.
- Thursday, July 30 | 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Each sports physical is offered at a cost of $35 (cash or check only). All proceeds are donated directly back to the student’s school, supporting local education and athletic programs.
