During the meeting, commissioners will consider a request from Chad and Josie Anderson for approval of a variance for an auxiliary structure approximately 28 feet high at 1317 Dixon Ave., Rock Falls. The property is identified as parcel No. 11-26-33-0001.
Commission members will also hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance amending Chapters 16 and 34 of the city code related to zoning changes for tattoo parlors and cannabis dispensaries.
The agenda will also include approval of the minutes from the Feb. 12, 2026, commission meeting, audience requests, member items, and adjournment.
